- Commercial Foremen:
- Must have active driver's license and vehicle
- Be able to pass drug tests
- Be able to work out of town (VA, NC, SC and GA- hotel paid, per diem/day, company vehicle/transportation given from office)
- Be able to work swing shift/ night shifts
- Must be honest, hardworking, able to multi-task, a team player
Commercial Helper:
- Must have an active NC driver's license and vehicle
- Be able to pass drug tests
- Be able to work out of town (VA, NC, SC and GA- hotel paid, per diem/day, company vehicle/transportation given from office)
- Be able to work swing shift/ night shifts
- Be reliable, honest, hardworking, punctual, self-motivated and eager to learn
Commercial Foremen Job Duties:
- Able to lead others and run jobs as a foreman
- Proven Electrical skills (knowledge, reading blueprints, running conduit, terminating cases, etc.)
- Perform major electrical tasks required by each job. (This will require extensive knowledge of electrical controls, wiring, lighting, blueprints, general maintenance, transformers, circuit breakers, appropriate testing devices, troubleshooting, and National Electrical Code. Expect to be tested at interview)
- EMS knowledge
- Prefer at least 3 years of experience in the Commercial Electrical field
- Delegate tasks to 2-5 electricians and helpers; provide knowledge, guidance, and examples to them
- Complete work in a timely manner, in accordance with the schedule of your assigned job site
- Maintain excellent communication with Field Managers
- Manage job site inventory efficiently
- Help out at other job sites when needed
