COMMERCIAL FOREMAN
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass required drug testing.
- Must be willing to travel for work throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
- Hotel accommodations provided.

- Company vehicle/transportation provided from the office.
- Must be available to work swing shifts and/or night shifts.
- Must be honest, hardworking, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Must be a strong team player with good communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead crews and effectively manage assigned jobs as a Foreman.
- Demonstrate strong commercial electrical skills, including:
- Reading blueprints and electrical plans
- Running conduit
- Pulling and terminating cables
- Electrical controls and wiring
- Lighting
- Transformers
- Circuit breakers
- Troubleshooting and general electrical maintenance
- Using appropriate testing equipment
- Understanding and applying the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Perform major electrical tasks required for assigned projects.
- Electrical knowledge and skills will be evaluated during the interview.
- EMS knowledge preferred.
- Preferably 3+ years of commercial electrical experience.
- Delegate tasks and provide direction, training, and support to a crew of approximately 2–5 electricians and helpers.
- Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to the project schedule.
- Maintain excellent communication with Field Managers.
- Manage job-site inventory and materials efficiently.
- Assist with other job sites and projects when needed.
